Energy Performance Certificate

Usually within 7 days you will receive a detailed and personalised report in PDF format – the report is typically 15-20 pages long, presenting our findings with detailed recommendations for improving energy efficiency and reducing wastage, and going way beyond the “cut and paste” style of an Energy Performance Certificate or Green Deal Assessment.



Loft & Cavity Wall Insulation Funding Grants

ECO Scheme – The Government is offering free loft insulation and loft insulation grants through the ECO Scheme. See if you are eligible for free loft insulation or subsidised energy efficiency measures with the ECO scheme. For more information visit the Energy Saving Trust.

Loft & Cavity Wall Insulation Inspection

Insulation can help cut your costly heating bills without impacting on your lifestyle. But insulation can become old or be improperly installed, leading to significant risks as well as not providing the benefits you’d expect. If you’re concerned that your insulation has become damp or there are voids, our inspection services are ideal. Our highly trained teams of cav-check surveyors have the skills and equipment to analyse the condition of your insulation.



Thermal Imagery Reports

The majority of our clients who contact us during the colder months opt to include an internal and external thermal imaging survey to complement their energy survey – this helps to provide objective evidence of where heat is being lost, and is available for an additional £150 (separate thermal imaging surveys start at £300). The images recorded will be incorporated within the report that you receive.
